Through our mentorship program, new members and new sisters are guided through their academic and professional careers by older sisters in the same major or concentration.

Eta Lambda offers special help when it comes to course registration, scheduling, advising and much more.

Our Vice President and Career Development chair work hard throughout the school year to motivate and encourage sisters to do their best. Our chapter hosts LinkedIn and resume workshops, invites guest speakers and maintains an up-to-date job and internship group. Academic excellence and intellectual pursuits are top priorities and Eta Lambda is dedicated to each member reaching her full potential at American University.
